Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our return policy.

Our Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be approved in advance. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
  • To be eligible for a refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with your order ID and the reason for the return.
  • Refunds are not issued after the return period.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
  • We do not refund products that were obtained from a source other than forceusa.com. 
  • If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges which will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted from the freight carrier and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements

  • All returns must be in their original packaging and secured on a pallet if initially delivered that way.
  • Products must be in like new condition.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and storage costs.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 hours after processing.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Product defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • After 30 days, any product issues will be handled under the terms of the product warranty.

Cancellations & Order Refusals

  • Once your order has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled, and our return and refund policy will apply. 
  • If an order is canceled after processing but before shipment, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.
