Q: Do you offer the Professional Assembly Service on all products?
The assembly service is only available on select products because each requires several hours and typically two people to assemble fully. You can complete all other products in two hours or less by yourself.
Q: How does the assembly service work?
After purchasing our Professional Assembly Service on eligible products, you will receive an email from the Nationwide third-party installers so you can schedule a day and time for assembly.
Q: What comes with the Professional Assembly Service?
You are purchasing full assembly and installation of the base unit only, including any attachments and stack weights (if applicable) in the box. It does not include the assembly of any other items you purchased separately. If you want additional items assembled, please choose the appropriate service option, as you only get what you pay for.
Q: Will the installers bring the base unit into my room of choice?
Yes, they'll move all qualifying items into the room of your choice for assembly.
Q: Will the installers remove the packaging after installation?
Yes, they will remove the pallet and all packaging material to your designated garbage area or garage.
Q: What do I need to do before the installers arrive?
There are a few things you need to do before the installation team arrives, including:
- Remove all debris from the area.
- Ensure there is ample space to unpack and assemble the unit.
- Ensure access to an electric power outlet that is working correctly within 200' of the assembly area.
- NOTE: An adult customer must be at the job site during the entire installation.
- NOTE: Please arrange for pets and children to be in a separate room during the whole installation process.
