Assembly of the G15 takes approximately 6 hours. All tools and hardware are included in the box. While it is possible to assemble it alone, having help and using ratchets will make the process more efficient.
Q: Does the leg press attachment come with it?
The leg press is available for purchase with the G15 Upgrade Kit (sold separately).
Q: What size weights fit the G15?

Q: How does the pulley system switch between ratios?
Switching between cable ratios is easy! To access the 2:1 ratio on the functional trainer pulley system, clip the attachment's carabiner onto both the top and bottom pulley cable ends. To access the 4:1 ratio on the cable pulley system, clip the attachment's carabiner onto the top pulley cable end, and you're all set. It's that simple!
Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
The minimum ceiling height to do a full pull-up with your head above the bar is 7 ft 8 in.
Q: What is the shipping weight?
The shipping weight of the G15 plus boxes, packing materials, and the pallet is approximately 1,213 lb. It is delivered in four wooden crates by a freight trucking company.
