The C10 base bench is ideal for most users due to its lighter weight and maneuverability. It has a Leg Curl, Leg Extension, and Preacher Curl station. Alternatively, the Sliding bench is designed for those serious about intensive leg workouts and has all the same versatility as the base bench but adds a Leg Press and Hack Squat station. It is also less maneuverable because it is heavier than the base bench.

Q: What is the minimum ceiling height I need?

To perform a full pull-up with your head above the bar, you'll need a minimum ceiling height of 97 inches.

Q: How long does it take to assemble a C10?

Assembly of the C10 takes around 6 hours. All necessary tools and hardware are included in the box. While it can be done alone, using ratchets and having someone assist will speed up the process.

Q: Are weights, a bench, or a barbell included?

The C10 includes the Functional Trainer stack weights and a Smith Machine bar. It does not include a bench, barbell, or weight plates. Each is sold separately.
